- Flasks or appropriate elixirs are required on every pull.
- DPS potions are expected. There is no hard count, but consistently using none is not acceptable.
- Raiders should have full BiS enchants. The guild bank can help subsidize when needed.
- Epic gems are not required at phase launch. The guild bank will initially sell them for profit and discount them later.
- Know your rotation, class, and BiS list.
- Guild bank funds will continue to support feasts/cauldrons and assist raiders when appropriate.
- We need to improve raid time management. Avoidable trash deaths and unnecessary downtime add up.
- Be prepared and inside the instance by 6:55 PM server.
- Keep voice chat clear during high impact moments to help leadership make call-outs.
- Knowledge of all relevant trash mechanics.
Black Temple / Hyjal
Raider expectations, loot adjustments, and priority decisions for the next phase. Our goal remains the same: maintain a friendly raid environment, clear content at a good pace, and respect each other’s time and effort.
The following items will not use SRs and will be handled similarly to DST. They may either be directly assigned to a raider or rolled among a smaller group of raiders that meet our expectations.
The goal is to help balance high-impact loot across the raid rather than having multiple major upgrades stack onto the same player.
Leadership will continue evaluating these LC items throughout the phase and will communicate any needed adjustments.
These items still require an SR for priority. If nobody within the priority has the item SR’d, it becomes open.

The first pair of Warglaives will go to Market.
Leadership will evaluate and communicate the second Glaive target when appropriate rather than locking in every pair before the phase begins.
